User Data Deletion

You can ask Mersey Bathrooms Ltd to delete personal information received through our website or a Meta Instant Form.

How to request deletion

1. Email info@merseybathrooms.net with the subject Personal data deletion request.
2. Include the name, email address and telephone number used in your enquiry so that we can identify the correct record.
3. State that your request relates to a website or Meta/Facebook/Instagram lead form, if known.

What happens next?

We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity and protect your information from unauthorised deletion. Once verified, we will delete or anonymise the relevant personal information from our active systems and instruct applicable processors to do the same.

We normally respond within one month. We may retain limited information where it is necessary to comply with legal, tax or regulatory obligations, establish or defend legal claims, prevent fraud, or record that the request was completed.

Removing information from Meta

This request removes information held by Mersey Bathrooms and its processors. To manage information held independently in your Facebook or Instagram account, use the privacy and account controls provided by Meta.
